Operations & Risk Management - ORM
This course is the ideal class for any ice rink employee. Administrative and managerial staff will take away an in-depth knowledge on assessing risk and understanding potential liability, while operations staff will become more familiar with their role in safeguarding their facility through documentation, compliance with OSHA regulations, and the importance of indoor air quality. Presentations on energy management and new technologies, facility cleaning, and the importance of preventative maintenance, help round out this course.
