Participants will learn the skills necessary to create a quality sheet of ice. This course combines in-class and on-ice instruction of proper ice making and painting techniques. The class will paint the ice white with spraying equipment, measure and paint hockey markings, paint stenciled logos and install reusable logos. This course also covers building conditions and the relationship to ice quality. Participants will complete a written exam on the final day of the course.
